Hand off a patient’s treatment plan to Ember.
Provider Handoff builds a file or text you can send your patient. When they import it, Ember shows your plan for them to review.
Everything is generated in this browser, and nothing is uploaded. Saved provider defaults stay in browser storage on this device.

Paste today’s instructions
Ember builds an update file with only the changes you approve. When the patient imports it, anything not named here is left unchanged.
Copy boundary
Copy your Patient Instructions from BEGIN EMBER UPDATE onward and paste them into the AVS field. Ember ignores the marker and anything before it.
Optional: add the current handoff for extra cross-checks
It can catch restarts and conflicts with the current plan, and it’s never required.
