Add your clinic to Ember

Patients send their Ember report to your clinic’s secure inbox from their own phones. It’s free for your clinic and your patients.

Once the inbox is confirmed

  1. You get a lobby QR code and a link to add to after-visit summaries.
  2. Scanning the code opens Ember with your inbox already filled in.
  3. Your clinic also appears by name when patients send a report.

It can be different from your own email.

Don’t include patient information. How we handle your request
